Data deletion

1. Email hello@nsew.shop with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your Instagram username or Facebook name.
3. We delete your comments, the messages exchanged with you, link-click records tied to you, and your contact record from NSEW, and confirm by email within 30 days.

We may ask one question to confirm the request is yours. Order records keep no names or contact details, so nothing personal remains in them.

• Disconnect the Instagram account or Facebook Page in NSEW (on its Instagram or Facebook page). This stops all access straight away and deletes the stored access token.
• You can also remove NSEW’s access from Meta: in Instagram, Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites; on Facebook, Settings → Business integrations. Meta tells NSEW straight away, and we stop all access and delete the stored access token. If you also ask Meta to delete your data, you get a confirmation code that you can check on this page.
• To delete everything NSEW holds (posts, comments, messages, contacts, click and order records, and user accounts), email hello@nsew.shop. It is done within 30 days and confirmed by email.
