Terms of Service

NSEW is the tool Notches Sewing uses to reply to comments on its own Instagram and Facebook posts, send people who ask a private message with a link, and see which posts led to orders. It is built, hosted and maintained for us by Rahul Simi. It relies on Meta’s and Shopify’s APIs; when they change or limit what is allowed, NSEW may change too. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.

• NSEW only messages people who comment on or message Notches Sewing’s accounts, and only as Instagram’s and Messenger’s rules allow.
• Links lead to Notches Sewing’s shop, videos and pages. Purchases are made in our Shopify store and are covered by the store’s own terms.
• To stop receiving messages, stop commenting with the keyword, or ask us and we will delete your information (see the Data deletion page).

Sign-in is only for people we authorise. Keep your login to yourself and tell us straight away if you think it has been misused. Do not try to reach data you are not authorised to see, interfere with the service, or use it to break any law. We may suspend access that does.

We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, NSEW is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for limits and decisions imposed by Meta or Shopify.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

NSEW is operated by AM Particles Pty Ltd (ABN 69 629 479 965), trading as Notches Sewing, Runaway Bay, Queensland, Australia. It is built, hosted and maintained for us by Rahul Simi.
